Home loans are lending vehicles designed to help people purchase and/or improve real estate. There are a variety home loan options available to consumers, depending on their personal needs and circumstances. Actual mortgage rates can depend on the vehicle selected and the personal credit standing of the borrower. Figuring out which home loans make the most sense will depend on whether a borrower is looking to purchase new or is considering mortgage ref... Read more...

I never knew Jack.   I learned about him when all the newspapers/media kicked in about his job as a UN Inspector.  At the time I was --still am -- learning about the BDSM-community, but then I was also serving in uniform with the Army.   My Sergeant-Major/supervisor read the story.   The General's front office and staff were all abuzz.  Colonels and Majors in the hallway whispered about the mornings newspaper and headlines.  Many of my co-worke... My heart is breaking and I feel like I've been hit in the solar plexus. I just found out the news................ Just today, as I was driving with a friend in Woodbridge, I told her "This place is near the site of some WONDERFUL parties I went to at my friend Jack's house in the 1990's -- I'd party until 2 am and then take Route 1 home so I could stop at the Krispy Kreme and enjoy my lemon donut and a cuppa coffee after some GREAT partying!! It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Jack McGeorge, our colleague and friend of the Leather Leadership Conference.  Jack played an integral role in the development of the Leather Leadership Conference which ensured a broader constituency and increased our credibility. He also served 5 years the LLC’s Board of Directors, as co-chair of LLC 2000 and continued to serve as a member of the Emeritus Board.  Jack’s passionate concern for the future of leather leader... I'll admit that when Ma'am first told me about idea of this site, I was rather skeptical.  When she told me she wanted to give the community the opportunity to publicly share what they had to say about Jack in central place.  My question was, why create the site if everyone is already posting it all over the place.  She said that was the point, everyone was posting it all over the place and being scattered to the wind.  The more I thought about it, the more I was not only ... I was inspired by Jack's account of his experience of being outed when I attended a workshop for leaders of SM organizations at the LLC in NY. Thank you for having learned so much from your willingness to share freely and openly. You will be missed, and always remembered for your dedication, commitment and sacrifices made for our community . Rest in Peace, Sir!  Daddy Bo ... Read more...

I met Jack just this past Spring (2009) at the Leather Leadership Conference in Atlanta.  While not new to the BDSM lifestyle, I was just getting interested in the substance of Leather.  I was a volunteer at that conference as was assigned as room monitor/assistant for Jack's first class.  I'm not sure that I would have been there otherwise, but I was glad that I was.  I was very taken not only with what Jack had to say bit also with how he said it - his mea...  I had the honor and privilege of not only meeting him, but participating in scenes with him, twice here in Florida.  Both times, I was struck by his knowlege, expertise, kindness and willingness to answer any and every question that I had.  Not only that, but the second meeting, years later, when I was the "demo dolly" for his presentation, he actually recalled our original meeting and session.  He was an... Jack McGeorge was someone who touched many people's lives, most of them people he never even met. What he stood for directly impacted my life, although I barely knew him and had only one chance to really sit down and talk to him before he died. Mere weeks before Jack died, a year long internal struggle with whether I should come out at work culminated in me swallowing my fears and revealing my kinky identity at my very conservative van... Master Jack was the inspiration for my own Household Manual, which then turned into a book, Manual Creation. I drooled over his Order of Discipline and Service manual for years and sat in on the corresponding workshop several times. He was even kind enough to proof the book a bit and I was honored to have him write a blurb for it. We had the chance to sit together during a SWLF opening night once...and his slave accidentally knocked Jack's drink, spilling it in Jack's la... Read more...

Right from the start, I could tell Jack McGeorge had a lot of life and spirit in him.  I only had the privilege of meeting him once but that was enough to know this was a man who got things done. ... Read more...
